• VEVI ProBot AI chatbot for building analysis and repair recommendations
• Outcome-as-a-Service (OAAS) model for complete building asset protection
• Curated products and professional services marketplace
• Smart monitoring and compliance solutions
• Diagnostic engineering, repair, waterproofing, insulation, and corrosion mitigation services

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
• Subscription renewals will be billed automatically unless canceled
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our platform
• Not share your account access with unauthorized users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on our or third-party rights

All content, technology, and materials on our platform, including but not limited to:

• VEVI ProBot AI technology and algorithms
• Website design, text, graphics, and images
• Software, code, and technical documentation
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Building diagnostic methodologies and data

Are owned by VEVI Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content
• Building diagnostic recommendations are advisory and should be verified by qualified professionals

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Misuse our services or platform

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, but certain provisions of these terms will survive.
