At VEVI Technologies Inc., we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes related to our VEVI ProBot AI subscription services and building diagnostics platform.

Subscription Cancellations

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly:

  • Send an email to support@vevi.co.in with your account details

  • Provide your account information and reason for cancellation

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all services until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing period
  • All data and settings will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

Refund Eligibility

Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If you were charged but did not receive access to VEVI ProBot AI services
  • Technical Errors: If there was a technical error on our part preventing service delivery
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization
  • Service Interruption: If our service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our technical issues

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind or decision to discontinue use after service activation
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • User error or inability to use the service due to technical limitations on user's end
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account termination
  • Building diagnostic recommendations that you disagree with (these are advisory in nature)
  • Third-party service issues or payment processor problems

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@vevi.co.in within 7 days of the issue
  2. Provide your account details and a detailed description of the problem
  3. Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank

Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account
  • UPI: Refunded to the original UPI ID
  • Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet account

Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation or refund, your data will be handled as follows:

  • Account data will be retained for 30 days for potential reactivation
  • Building diagnostic data may be retained in anonymized form for research purposes
  • Personal information will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
  • You may request immediate data deletion by contacting us

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we will work with affected customers to provide appropriate solutions, which may include service credits or extended access periods.

Service Modifications

If we significantly modify our services in a way that affects your subscription, we will provide 30 days' notice and offer options including cancellation with prorated refunds.
